Confidentiality and discretion are of paramount importance. You will receive these from me: I expect and require them from you.
 
You will be asked about your medical history. I expect and require complete honesty regarding this. It would, for example, be extremely foolish for you to engage in any form of electrical play if you have a heart condition.
 
I expect you to arrive for your session clean and fresh and without the odour of cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted in my sessions and neither are other drugs of any kind.

I expect you to arrive on time. Obviously traffic delays and delays in public transport are unavoidable but I expect the courtesy of a telephone call to advise me of these and to keep me informed of your progress.
 
You will be required to confirm your appointment at a prearranged time on the day of your session. If you fail to do this you will not be offered the opportunity to session at a later date unless I consider a subsequent explanation acceptable. This would only happen once.
